Message	good to 10.0....6" plates totally welded (actually the forgot to weld all the way around one). The only thing that can be considered illegal would be how far away my head is from the main hoop....but becuase of the way the car is....its impossible....the guy that did it said every import he sees violates this rule...so i just hunkered down a bit and didn't have a problem. Of course tech was a breeze LOL they didn't even check for a blow down tube!
